I, as a trainer for 35 years are really trying to see through the weeds spiritually in a corporation in Dallas my husband and I are advising and training. There are many born again Christians in the company, it's Dallas, Then some Hindus, some spiritual but not religious. No one talks much about it except to make it clear the Christians don't want too much new age anything. We have had to be very careful, the owners are more open to personal development as well as respecting the diversity of the company. We have had to be impecable and walk a very narrow line around all of this, couching all of it as good business practices that make coming to work more fun. We do a lot of team building and communication and trust work, feeling that allows us to talk about creating a new culture. I would love to hear any one else's experience with all of this, River Jameson
